The Coherence Model (Fullan 2015) is useful in focusing a district’s direction in planning for continuous improvement. This model helps teams with foundational systems-thinking concepts to ensure purpose-driven decision making. These sessions will offer protected time to learn the model and apply it to the current district/school continuous improvement plan and provide valuable time to collaborate authentically with your school/district teams, as well as network with peers to strengthen improvement planning, engage in joint problem solving and share the most promising improvement practices.
