Participants will engage in an online collaborative learning experience focused on video-enhanced coaching and instructional leadership and support in a blended environment. This experience kicks off with a half day bootcamp to lay a solid foundation in preparation for the start of the cohort sessions. Following the bootcamp, the cohort meets virtually for a total of 6 meetings. Participants will be required to engage in independent implementation, reflection, and practice between synchronous “live” cohort sessions. Topics will range from how to structure coaching sessions and cycles, supporting teacher reflection, setting norms, capturing artifacts of teaching and learning in online and in-person settings, and effective feedback.
