The two-day Resident Educator Mentor Academy introduces new mentors to the Resident Educator Program. Mentors are required to successfully complete the two-day Mentor Academy Training to receive mentor certification. Days 1 and 2 focus on the role of the mentor and the critical components of mentoring. Mentors are introduced to the essential content of mentoring to prepare them in supporting the instructional growth and development of Resident Educators.
Participants should attend both days.
